There. is. no. spot. reducing! You can't decide where on your body you lose fat.
Have a healthy diet, I keep a food journal (my fitness pal app), the goal, more than tracking calories, is to become aware of what you eat and how. Are you enjoying your food? Do you have a regular schedule? Do you notice your body after eating (right away, a couple of hours later and the next day)?
One way is to combine cardio workouts and low carb, high protein diet days with muscle training and regular healthy, a bit high on protein, diet days. If you are not sure about calories income read scottys posts!
You'll improve your whole body. Remember you are ALL of yourself.
