What workout do you think works for you to get a six pack and how often do you do it?

Lower Ab Massacre
Do some cardio before this like jumping Jacks and some explosive stuff like burgees and you can also mix it with another Ab workout, do it every day if possible you will get results :-D

There are so many ways to work the core that there is really no need to ever get bored in a routine...

But you ain't getting a six pack without lowering overall body fat percentage, and doing that via core work alone is extremely difficult and inefficient.

A combination of weight training, cardio, some variety core work, and good nutritious eating, all combine to help with that six pack goal.
