Can teens do dumbbell workouts? If yes, which ones? What weight, etc.
Please, I search the internet it says you can but everyone keeps telling me no, even gym trainers...
It depends their age and body maturity. If they're still growing, definitely a better idea to stick to cardio, aerobics and body weight training. We don't want to ruin their growth. If they want an extra push in their early adolescence try sending them to a sports training clinic! Hope it works out! :-)
It depends on your age and the lifts you are trying to perform and weights.. proper lifting technique can be used to pick up water buckets and even curling grocery bags will give u a burn.. start with band work and body weight pull ups hand stands. . Crazy strength gains
