Abs schedule!

Please, how many times per week should I exercise my abs?

If you are doing squats, deadlifts, overhead press then your abs are getting good workouts during those movements. Adding in some specific ab work I would reccommend just treating it like any other muscle group 1-3 times per week depending on a lot of factors regarding your training goals and program

Your muscles need at least 48 hours to recover, so train whenever they are recovered

I've Heard that muscles like bíceps or tríceps needa 48 hours,but abs only 24, is that true?

Actually there are different theories This article talks abt it, u can have a look http://greatist.com/fitness/do-my-muscles-need-two-days-recover But from what I read and my experience, 48 hours would be the most suggested number that suit for all muscles.

Jeff, I think you're right. If I do a long run my legs take a couple of days to be ready for the next but after heavy core work the abs feel fine the next day and could do it again.
