Just the classy crunches, leg raise while hanging, cycling movement on the floor. Scissor movement.
I wanna have the middle line of the abs.
I have always been told, Making your abs visible comes from losing the fat, making them look good comes from exercise. Oddly, lifting weights seemed to help my abs take shape (mostly overhead press and squats) ...but I let it slide & need to get back.
