Does anyone here use a sauna? If so, what do you use it for?

Lol to relax... not a whole lot of benefit except for leisure. Anything you sweat out there will immediately be replaced when you drink water.

Lol. Ok. A buddy of mine uses it to lose weight and I hear some people say it relieves sore muscles as well. I didn't know for sure but leisure sounds great too.

If you stay in for 20 min or so you will sweat out some heavy metals and also toxins such as bpa you also sweat out minerals that you need to replace. I use coconut water with a little sea salt to replace these minerals. Also there are studies that show a increase release of endorphins with 20 min sessions 3x week. Dr Rhonda Patrick is big on sauna use. Has some great info on the web.
