Workouts to strengthen wrists and forearms?
I've very skinny wrists and forearms so I'd like to strengthen them up a bit to get them bigger. Do you have any ideas? :)
Plank , push ups , tricep pushups , Chest And Arms! , side push ups
I play hand drums. I do wrist curls. They are small little exercises, but help me keep my wrist and forarm strength. I rest my arm on someth6ung, with my hands extended past the end (like arm of my couch ), palms down, I hold small dumbells and pull my hands up (like the motion of revving a motorcycle) I do as many as I can, to failure.
