I naturally dont have much of a butt but id like to make it more round. Im doing some skimble exercises and the non_skimble squat challenge. Will squats give good results? Cheers x

Squats are one of the most effective for the legs and behind! Change it up every so often with squat jumps, lunges and lunge jumps, plank leg raises, etc. I have a workout that is all for the butt! Give it a try and see how you like it!

Hello Keyla ☺ Happy New Year!I was a nornal guy with a really bad ass.I started squatting and i saw a really big difference.Squats are your key to build what you want.If you want any more information and some motivation or just anything i am here to help you I can give you more specific workouts and help you get what you want like i did for me :)
