Yes Ditto that, I am currently at 160 and walks miles on end, daily. I too want a workout with no weights at home that focuses on arms, chest, and back. I'm open to any suggestions but keep in mind apart from the walking I'm a rookie in excersizing and a rookie on this app. Thanx in advance for any help...
