What is your favorite exercice?
Which exercice you most hate that makes you even skip it and replace it with another one? My answer:
I love Squats / I hate so much Jumping jacks and when it cross my workouts i use to replace it always with jumping squats! Now your answer:

I really don't hate or like certain workouts, because if a workout is hard i know i'm gonna benefit from it

Crunches I don't like and I've heard how they are actually bad so I do different exercises instead

I love all workouts that have to do with boxing and kickboxing, i absolutely HATE running, i got into a car accident 7 years ago and my right knee is fake now and i have a metal rod in my right tibia bone and i feel it when i run and it verges on being painful. Running makes me feel in adequate.

running is just a form of warm up... u do boxing??would you mind pist some free workout for boxing. keen to learn.

I hate burpees and pull ups.  I replace with lat pulldowns and mountain climbers.  I love curls and and arnold presses.

I love burpess very much with kickboxing type exercise ,I hate push up my shoulders are weak
