I've never done any runs before. It's in September. I don't really run currently but I do aerobics and a lot of walking. Has anyone done a run before? How should I start training? Should I jog for say 1 minute, fast walk 3 minutes and keep doing that for a while to build up my ability in the beginning? Cheers
Yes, that's a good start. Do more running each time, until you can run 30min. Should take 4-6 weeks. Then you can increase speed and time step by step. If you need more help, just ask me:)
This sounds amazing. I always wanted to do something like this! Although life has had obstacles! I'm gonna work on it for next year... B having baby in two months and don't think I can train in time lol!!! You're gonna do awesome!
