Good exercises?

There's so many workout exercises I never no where to begin, I'm looking for a good bicep, shoulders, and chest workout (prefer no weights) that I can do at home.. don't mind working out legs either, lost a lot of gains need to get back on the scene!

You kind of contradicted yourself there, you want to shoulders arms and chest but you don't want to do any weight training. You also just kind of threw legs into the mix. So what are you trying to achive? Bodyweight is only going to get you so far, in the longer run you either stop seeing gains or just get bored all together. I would say i need to sitdown and make a game plan. If youre only plan is i want to get back in the scene, the your journey is going to be a long and hard one....
