Squats make you shorter

Every time you do a squat, your spine squeezes and binds everytime and that makes you shorter. If you want to grow taller,stretch every day.these are some tips that you should know.:)

Uhh i dont know who told you this but thats wrong man. You shrink as you get older but thats just becuase the disks in your spine deteriorate making the vertebrae closer,also you start to slouch more as you get older, making  you  look shorter.

Stretching will help from causing a injury, but too much stretching will work against you. You want your muscles to be a little tight to keep your from moving to far forward in movements. Think of it as a rubberband holding weight, the rubning band is going to give to the weight and at sometime rip or break
