Looking for bulking and strength routine

Hello all, new to this program I found in the app store. I just started getting back into shape,I'm not a newbie to the gym and working out, just got lazy and unmotivated. So I'm looking for a 12 week bulking workout. I first want to get bigger and stronger, then I'm gonna do a cutting routine to lose weight and get cut. If anyone has a routine or knows of one, please let me know. Thanks
