New to this app. Trying to find a way to build accountabilty in the weightloss journey ive struggled with for 2-3 years. That being said what are your favorite workouts on here for beginners with out equipment? Not sure where to start.

id say walking then running along with situps and press ups. but im no expert. gota find what suits you.

Im new today myself but i did notice at the bottom of the screen the workouts option has afew catagories on weightloss & cardio which i think may help.

I'm sure you'll find quite a few body weight exercises. That's almost exclusively what I do.
