Hello I am searching for some workouts to strengthen up for climbing and bouldering. I have already found some but their focus is only the shoulder. That isn't enough.
I would like to use this app and not an other.
I am also searching for some specific stretching workouts. I think I had to gain more flexibility also for getting bigger gains at the wall.
Thanks for helping or perhaps building such a program.
