What exercises or workouts program would you recommend ? :)

Start w programs that are similar to what you already do. During my third pregnancy I was also getting certified as a personal trainer. I found very little practical info. Probably until middle second trimester I kept doing what I had been with a few modifications. I taught fitness classes until 8.5 months. But, I was in the best shape of my life before that pregnancy and I really understood my strengths and limits. My practical advise is to do what feels right for you on any given day (what feels right will fluctuate). If you get short of breath,...

My wife and I are expecting.  She likes the Tracy Anderson pregnancy workout and the ballet beautiful pregnancy workout, but she is always looking for something new to try.  I'll point her to this so and she can say what she thinks.
