What are the best workouts and what equipment up there is good for middle of back and bra sides.

That is an area where women store fat so, you'll have to hit the trifecta to lean out there. The only sure fire way to loose that body fat is to do cardio, weight training, and be spot on with your nutrition. And, you will have to be patient with yourself and consistent. I could tell you to just do lat pulls, back rows, back flys, push ups and pull ups. But just working the area won't change the look of it much is you aren't following a program that challenges you in all three areas. Good news, it can...

I don't really understand what you are asking. You want to train the side of your bra? And middle back? To what purpose?

I think she is asking the best workouts to get rid of bra bulge. A few workouts which I do to remove bra bulge are Straight Tricep Kickbacks, Compass Jumping Jacks, Single-Arm Dumbbell Rows and Pull-Ups. This will help you out.
