You should use you body weight to become strong instead of using weights. You don't have to take my word for it but it will work. It takes a little time to have the muscles and strength but it will work

I feel the same too! I follow convict conditioning and explosive calisthenics

Both will work. The thing most important to gain strength over time is progressive overload. If this is done by bodyweight or weights and a bar. Does not really matter.

Next to this it's also a choice at what kind of things you want to become good at. Or if you go for a esthetics. The goal for a big part determines the route to take.

Reported side effects for garcinia cambogia are mild. There is nothing serious about it.
