I got this book "The Body Fat Breakthrough" by Ellington Darden, and while I don't really want to follow his diet (not much for microwaved meals), I would like to do the exercises. I can't find a compilation of these exercises anywhere. He focuses on negative weight training for weight loss, and I would love to have a program developed with these exercises. Any tips or existing programs anyone could recommend on here that would be similar?
