Im looking for a workout that thin my thighs and get rid of the muffin top i get when i put anything but a dress on lol im not very big size wise but my hip bones are broad so any fat at all makes me look like a pear a bottom heavy pear with no butt lol so if anyone has exercise or workout suggestions please leave them on here link them if you can id be very appreciative

just try to do regular HIIT workout every day, with 2 days rest, start with simple easy one then move forward,, good luck Elle,,

Hey Elle! Sorry to disappoint you but there is no such thing as spot reduction. Exercises won't target specific areas of fat! However, they will help you to lose overall fat. Your body chooses where to lose fat first. The place where we first get fat is always the hardest to lose. Lol. A good diet and exercise routine can help you achieve your goals though! I recommend doing HIIT and strength training. Train the lower body with squats, lunges, etc. But don't forget to train the upper body too, as this will also help you lose the stubborn fat around the hips and abdomen.

Thanks ill try some out. My biggest issue is due to chronic illnesses im sitting/laying at a 45° angle all day and i sleep like that at night so everything naturally settles around my rump with out actually giving me a rump lol
