What exercises should I do to have a good lower abs ???

Any movement that engages your lower back and hips. Concentrate on slow, focused exercises and make the muscle/mind connection and really "feel" the tightening of the lower abs as you breath out all the air, then feel the muscle relax as you fill your belly with air. Some suggestions are: Bridges, leg lifts lying and hanging, Russian twists, Froggies, V-Ups, In-and-Outs.

Leg raises; knee raises or "knee ups." These can be done lying on floor/ground, and also while either hanging from a chin-up bar, or other bar, or while you're off the ground, holding up your body weight on your hands and arms, as you do for dips/tricep dips.

Try searching for "abs and core" workouts in there.

Best do Push-ups, Crunches, Planks, Sit-ups and all that, mainly those exercise which put pressure over your abdomen area.
