1st day back to.the gym since end of last summer

And i had to start with legs it was only a few and omg my legs are jello! I have a free session with a personal trainer next week so i can get through all my exercises in my routine and know what questions i need to ask. Today i did

FitNotes Workout - Monday 6th February 2017

** Leg Extension Machine **
- 40.0 lbs x 15 reps
- 40.0 lbs x 15 reps

** Smith Machine Squats **
- 20.0 lbs x 15 reps
- 20.0 lbs x 10 reps

** Leg Press **
- 50.0 lbs x 15 reps
- 50.0 lbs x 15 reps

** Seated Calf Raise Machine **
- 50.0 lbs x 15 reps
- 50.0 lbs x 15 reps
- 50.0 lbs x 15 reps

** Dumbbell Wide Squat Superset With Narrow Stance Dumbbell Squat **
- 10.0 lbs x 15 reps
- 10.0 lbs x 15 reps*** only made it to 10 narrow stance

I thought i could breeze through this... i thought wrong. I might decrease to 10 reps on some. It is only my first day back
