Hi guys!
Going to start an on-going post here.

I have many workouts that attack you at all angles, paces and intensities but what kind of workouts would you like to see?

One based solely on the floor, around jumping, Low-Impact, pure legs, double-up areas (for example, legs and shoulders - or any combination).

Drop some ideas in this forum, or even privately message me and we shall see what we can do :).

Who wants a workout that you can do with just 1 flight of stairs? Max-effort, cardio?
