What exercices/workouts help to lose hip fat and belly fat for a guy ?

It's not about the best exercise it's about the exercise you keep coming back to do more of. Finding A HIIT class you torture yourself at twice a week for one month is not as effective as a daily ten minute walk you enjoy and end up doing for years. Anything that gets you moving more over longer time burns more calories and losing fat is a matter of calories. Losing fat in any one place is just a matter of losing fat all over your body until you see the change you want. Anyone trying to tell you a special exercise or food to burn fat off the middle is either misinformed or a scam artist.

Eat healthy, exercise more.

Bigger compound exercises like deadlifts and squats, push-ups and rows, pullups and shoulder presses. Building muscle is great for metabolism.
Cardio usually burns the most calories so that will help.
The biggest change comes from your eating habits. Eating better is always ten times better than exercising more.
Don't worry about special foods, just eat more vegetables and fewer processed foods. Don't worry about the best exercise, just get moving and find something you can keep doing.
Consistency over days and weeks and months is key, way more important than finding the "best" exercise.
