Tight muscles from exercise

How do you fix this avoid it. My muscles get stiff when I start working out regularly. It becomes a pain and even on my health

make sure you do a light warm up, stretch, do your exercise and lots more of stretching after.

Epson salt baths are divine. Especially if you get lavender scented. And they benefit sleep too!

Make sure you are stretching before your workouts, staying hydrated and if its cramping/stiffening you may need Potassium. Bananas are a great source of potassium, which helps to promote muscle recovery. Fresh fruits, especially citrus and melons, and vegetables, especially leafy greens and broccoli, are also rich in potassium.

My potassium levels when my primary care doctor checks my blood is always low regularly. Should I take potassium vitamins . I know I could eat more beans because they high in potassium

potassium supplements are not going to help. because of how your body processes it, you have to get it from food. Potassium vitamins only give a small amount because if you take more it can be toxic if it's not in food. so don't just take two or three pills. Eat potatoes, squash, tomato sauce, spinach, yogurt..
