Lift heavy weight 3 or 4 times a week. Big compound lifts will get you more bang for your buck.
Do heavy carries and/or sled pushes if you can.
Eat good food, lot of protein.
Recovery: rest days and enough sleep are crucial

Take your time and use good form and slow and steady progression in weight.
