Gaining weight/Women

I eat 6 times a day and take a whey protein along with strengthing my troble areas daily. What are some good meals and workouts you guys suggest.
My weight gain is moving slow ..anyone ever experience this?
5'6 126lbs

Eat more carbohydrates... maybe 200g+ daily. Don't rely on protein- it's only there to repair muscle.

Yes i have experience it myself trying to gain weight still. Lol protein shake is good, high protein food, and carbohydrates.
