What are some good workouts to make arms stronger and loose fat in stomach? :)

Curls and chair dips, push ups also are good for arms and crunches and sit ups for stomach remember that diet plays a huge part also so eat clean and train dirty

Arms weights. No strength in arms? Start with 3 kilo ones. Stomach fat will take a lot longer. You have to commit and commit hard. It isn't just excersise. Change your diet completely. Cut out junk foods and sugars. Remove white breads for whole grains. More protein and carbs. Ull need to do a lot of cardio to loose the fat. So run run run everyday!!! :) and crunches everyday! :)
