Suggestions from my photo?

I had my 2nd baby boy and now that I'm not nursing anymore I'm ready to lose the weight. By looking at my photos, what would you say I need to do? How often?

Before my second pregnancy I was 127lbs & 5'7. Now I'm 165lbs. I'm 28 years old.

Start with walking and a few of these workouts I love the beginer blast off it simple and fun drink loads of water after that u can start to tone problem areas

Do lots of plank workout to strengthen your inner muscles then work yourself outward... cardio works great.. get good music and keep your cardio with the beat...
