Hi everyone.
Could you tell me what you think about this workout i do twice a day 5 days a week.

10 standing knee to elbow cross
20 line steps
10 side cross kicks
20 squarts with raised arms
20 tippy toes
20 lateral leg lifts
20 punches
13 windmills
20 elbow to knee twist
13 rotating toe touches
20 walking high knees
13 jazz kicks
20 punches

Weight loss is about 80% diet, and fat loss from cardio takes about 28 minutes. However, you will be building muscle, and 1 pound of muscle burns 50 calories a day compared to 1 pound of fat that burns about 2. So don't be discouraged by what the scale says, pay more attention to body fat percentage and inches. If you gained just 6 lbs of muscle that is an extra 300 calories you will be burning a day. :-)
