I work out about 5 times a week at least 2 hours each time and up that to train twice a day before fights as i box. Do what you feel is right for you and how your body feels. Theres alot to be said for listening to your body inckuding eating i certainley dont deny myself foods lol.
Idk I don't keep track, I just do what I have to do until I'm done
I work out everyday for between 10 and 45 minutes on average. I don't need any more.
It probably averages out to 30 minutes per day 5 days a week. I train others and exercise as part of the instruction with them. The key was changing my eating lifestyle. no hardcore chicken breast egg whites and oatmeal either. just cleaner and better. I'm at my best right is now without overdoing it and killing myself!
I tend to go to gym 3 times a week, 1-2hours. Mix of cardio and weights. I am on my feet all day at work and reasonably active on my rest days.
I have no set amount per week. I just like to make sure i work out every day.
I workout for 45-60 min time periods 4-5 days a week. In the summer I run, play basketball and play ultimate fresbee for some exersie as well!!!
