How many hours do you exercise during a week?

Hey guys ! They say a person must at learn work out 3 times a week how many hours do you do ? And whats the work out ? Also how many hours would you like to do ?

I do 8hours every week. Sparring. Grappling and karate. About 3 hours 2 days a week rest and again on the weekend working on fitness an stretching :-) Im starting get the hang of it so I'm happy. ^-^

I workout twice a day. Morning and evening for about 30 minutes each. I'm not sure what's "supposed" to be the appropriate workout time but when the baby's sleeping I'm working out!! Lol

I do a lot 6 mornings for an hour and 6 evenings for 2 hours Sunday rest day :-)

That seems interesting you guys are in shape ! As for me i do between 8 and 9 hours a week between 1 and 2 hours every time saturday is my rest day

I work out about 5 times a week at least 2 hours each time and up that to train twice a day before fights as i box. Do what you feel is right for you and how your body feels. Theres alot to be said for listening to your body inckuding eating i certainley dont deny myself foods lol.

I work out everyday for between 10 and 45 minutes on average. I don't need any more.

It probably averages out to 30 minutes per day 5 days a week. I train others and exercise as part of the instruction with them.  The key was changing my eating lifestyle. no hardcore chicken breast egg whites and oatmeal either. just cleaner and better. I'm at my best right is now without overdoing it and killing myself!

I agree. No need to do more than necessary. I am fortunate to be a mesomorph with regards to my body. 90% of my workouts are less than 20mins and i see results :-)

I agree food helps a lot with the work out its a different life style that keeps you in shape also eating less at the restaurants is very helpful. You have to prepare your own food. If ever you go to the restaurants try to choose something clean and not fat like a salad

I tend to go to gym 3 times a week, 1-2hours. Mix of cardio and weights. I am on my feet all day at work and reasonably active on my rest days.

I workout for 45-60 min time periods 4-5 days a week. In the summer I run, play basketball and play ultimate fresbee for some exersie as well!!!

45 min / weekday.  1 - 2 hours on Saturdays.  Off Sunday.  That's with two jobs and a family of 5!
