Which you prefer MORNING WORKOUT or LATE-NIGHT WORKOUT

Good day EARTHLINGS , I'm having a hard time on my workout routine because i have a work 2pm till 11pm , so which is better to wake up early to workout or after work workout ?

If your goal to lose weight, you should do workout in the evening :)

About 2 hours after you wake up is best. Gives you time to eat, And your body is fully rested from the night before. If you work until late at night usually the last thing you want to do is more work.

I usually workout latd i work 8am to 5pm workout at 8pm but its what you feel comfortable with

I work noon to 8, so i usually do a morning workout. He helps me wake up.

I work out late (usually 10p or later) because I have a roommate who works overnight. House to myself = music on & workin' out

I work from 8 to 5 so i usually work out from 7—8 8—9 or 9—10 night time. But i would prefer morning workouts.

Jog a mile when you wake up. It gets your body up and your metabolism starts faster. After eat a light breakfast. Then later on in the day work out again

Sometime when i workout in the morning it makes me more sleepy but i hear working out in the morning does booste metabilsm there for increasing weight loss

I agree!! Morning is at the best! If you can imagine a frying pan and you put a piece of bread on the hot frying pan surface and then put a pad of butter on top of the bread, the heat has to go through the bread to melt the butter which is your fat, if you wait until the evening to work out your body has to heat up through the food you eat throughout the day to melt your own fat, I hope this makes sense! Personally I do a workout in the morning for an hour and...

Morning! I always feel energised for the rest of the day&it warms you up in winter! I'm usually too tired in the evening:/

I like morning-workouts most, but I usually workout in the evening .

In the morning! I have my workout clothes on the foot of my bed. I put them on and get moving. That way procrastination doesn't set in!
