Which you prefer MORNING WORKOUT or LATE-NIGHT WORKOUT
I usually workout latd i work 8am to 5pm workout at 8pm but its what you feel comfortable with
I work noon to 8, so i usually do a morning workout. He helps me wake up.
I work out late (usually 10p or later) because I have a roommate who works overnight. House to myself = music on & workin' out
I work from 8 to 5 so i usually work out from 7—8 8—9 or 9—10 night time. But i would prefer morning workouts.
Sometime when i workout in the morning it makes me more sleepy but i hear working out in the morning does booste metabilsm there for increasing weight loss
