Take a break

So i find that if I workout 2 days in a row, take one day off, then workout 2 days in a row etc.. that I workout out harder and better.

Is it okay to take these breaks though

Its good to take breaks as recovery for your body is as important as actual exercise. So stock up on energy and proteins on your rest day ready for the coming workouts.

Your rest days are just as important as your workout days. They help your body grow and recover. 2 days on and 1 day off is the perfect way to do it. Make sure you eat right during your days off because this will give you the energy that's needed to go at it hard over your next 2 workout days. Keep it up and let me know how it goes for you.
