Im seriously bed ridden from my cardio the last two days! What sort of floor excersizes should i do? What Bout yoga and pilates?

I realized this after the fact -_- i said I'm basically bed ridden from my last couple days of cardio.. my calfs hurt so bad I'm limping and can only walk on my tip toes... i want excersize i should do today.. I'm afraid I'm goina tear something.. or is it just muscle and i should keep running?

Well you should warm up a bit.. after you warm up.. stretch whatever is sore.. then do a small work out.. stretch a lot after the workout.. don't go running until you can walk right... you will damage your muscles otherwise...

Thanx! I generally stretch for 15 minutes before i run but i didn't think about after... I've only been consistantely running,excersizing, and dieting for a month now.. and extremely new too this app.. thankyou for your help! Ill definantely use it

Try a foam roller to stretch the muscle tissue. Or a tightly rolled towel would suffice. Hope you feel better.
