What is a good work out to tone the body?

Okay, I really want to tone up and tighten up everything. What is a good workout for that? Please help :)

Seriously the plank is a good way to start. Do the 2 min challenge. At first you won't be able but if u keep doing it constantly you will be able to be able to do it for the whole 2 mins. It's great for ur abs!!! 😺
