Hey so a rower friend got me onto the ergo. Which I enjoy since its a full body workout, once you get your stroke technique right. And I find it more interesting than lifting weights but have found I need to increase my strength so I can boost my ergo times.
So any rowers that can recommend a workout. Like I mentioned I get bored lifting weights and don't have a gym buddy, friend is studying in Italy. Also the gym I go to is small so you end up waiting for machines. Which breaks my mood, I go to gym to clear my head not problem solve which station I can go to next in the routine. That's why I currently do hiit workout with dumb bell & kettlebell.
Currently gym Mon to Fri and mtn bike on sun weather dependant. So any recommendations?
