I'm not as flexible as I use to be. I was wondering what workouts or stretches could help me eventually do splits again...I wanna do this to spice up some things with my husband (; any advice or help is greatly appreciated!
Yoga and pilates. There's even a new trend called piloxing (pilates+boxing) which is really fun and adds cardio.
Believe me, I can do things with my legs that make my partner go "Really!?!?"
If you have access to a sauna then go in there and do your stretching. Sounds simple but it really does work to help loosen the muscle. I'm extremely flexible and that is one thing I do regularly. Also just lots and lots of stretching!
