Can anyone tell me what type of workout to do in the morning.

Have u considered YOGA? Its awesome for waking u up and u don't even sweat! Also, it cheers u up:-)

Often the time is at a minimum in the morning. Do the hardest workout you can find (10min.) and just give it all your best and a bit more ;)
Dont eat before the workout - if you have to get something in your system drink Black coffee. It accelerate your calorieburn :)

Ooh ok :).   ...so is it bad if I do really hard workouts which lasts longer than 30-50 mins?....

If you got the time to do 30-40 minutes then by all means do it ;)

A good workout is "arms and core" - 38minutes ;)
