Starting insanity tomorrow.
So ready. Anyone else doing it and seeing results?

Like...not going to be able to do it tough? Maybe I'm not ready. My sis started today and said she threw up.

Lol...i never threw up but it has that name for a reason...a word of advice...when u start...the first week do half workoits to warm up and on your second week start the 60 days for real. Your body will get warmed up and u eont throw up and hate it and quit

You can always count on me to help motivate you...im on my second 60 days(round 2)...i had friends to help me stick with it at the begining and im so thankful...so im here for ya

Good advice :) yeah I think I'll take it a little easier at first to start then really get into it like I should.

I did it fantastic program it will push u to your limits hang in there and each day u work out u will get better good luck
