Dies anyone know the best traing and exercises to do for a 30 year old female who us prone to athletic asthma, weighs 110lbs, at 5'4" and has not been very actuve in about 8 years..... oh i especially need to build knee muscles because i have weak knees..... help i dont really know what im doing i just pick a workout and do it for the day
