I am 16 years old and I hate my arms they are really thin and I would like to know some work outs that could help me get bigger arms and stronger biceps, but work outs that don't require dumbbells or other equipment I like to only use my body
Push ups are great too. Remember the biceps are smaller than the triceps. Work out those triceps too.
Since you are 16 you probably have access to the high school weight room. If you really want to build your arms suck it up and start lifting. Lifting free weights will build your arms quicker than anything. Pushups and pullups are great and all but you won't see results as quickly. Nothing will happen overnight. It's going to take hard work and time. It won't be easy, but it'll be worth it.
