I cracked something in my back the other day at gym so I can easily understand your pain..so rest and then go easily on workout,gud luck

Jane, check out my arms!!! Lol your arms look great girl!!!! We all know guys love their steaks not fatty but with meat!!!! So your arms are perfect girly! Now i cant see your butt nor your abs, but you def, dont wanna see mine lol... but i just started and im gonna get there!!!! :) good luck on your journy in being fit and healthy!!
