Any more dancer workouts for flexibility?

I'm an ice hockey goalie and to keep flexible I do many stretches one for hip movement would be the house muscle stretch. You get in push up position. Take it right or left knee and put it between ur arms. You should feel a pulling feeling near ur outer hip. Do 3 sets of 15-20 seconds each leg.
