Hey Jullye! There's another 30 day plank challenge that's been going for a while. Join us! (Of course you can always start a new one.) Check it out if you want, it's named the same without the dash. I see the planks are treating you well, you look fabulous. Hey, where was the pic taken?

Or why not replace the rest in your workout with planks!! :)
