I want to get bigger but I'm trying a strategy of getting toned first and then going to bulk. So which workouts do you guys recommend? I'm 5'5 152.
I've done p90x (half heartedly) couple years ago. Theoretically it sounds like best program. But long durations are difficult to stick to. Plus dumbbell weight change exercises take long when working with pair of manual variable dumbbells.
Crossfit is great because very little setup, and then repeat for a bazzillion times. However, I don't get the same sweat level, probably because some of the advanced moves like muscle ups I can do only half of.
Spartacus workout was great! Not too long. Interesting exercise. Did it for three weeks so looking for the next thing.
Started Bruce Wayne workout, but not sure if it's a proven one or not.
Any advice appreciated in advance.
