Healthy food = Healthy lifestyle..;) 1. Do workout only 4-5 days/week. 2. Eat bananas/milk. 3. Concentrate each day 4 particular muscle area, don't do mixed of two muscle groups. 4. Imp: Do with enthusiasm, don't listen haters. All the best. Do exercises Live healthy.
