Hey, guys! I've been running for a while now and tomorrow i get to participate in the Color Run (5k) tomorrow! I usually do a set of stretches before i run, to loosen up the joints. What kindof workouts do you guys do to loosen up? (:

Run up and down steps to loosen up before you stretch, then just do a bit of yoga for the body.

Squats and walking lunges and streching sometimes jumping jacks nothing to intense

I pretend to kick a ball in front of me only moving my leg. I learnt that from seeing football players warmup. Side stretches. Jog in the spot. Torso twists. Move ankle in circular motion. Slow neck rotations and I'm ready to go

Well I just get running and then stretch for 10min
