Hey, so I've been trying to lose weight and I exercise and I try to eat right but there are some days, too many days , when I just eat alot and "bad" food and I just cant stop,it lasts like 30 minutes and I eat very fast, I almost don't "chew" the food and I just get so unmotivated and I just get very sad, what can I do to make these moments stop and what can I do when it happens to compensate all the food I ate?

Get a personal trainer and start a healthy diet it will work and you'll see result if you follow the program
