Squats-& situps challenge!

Im gonna share my challenge that I have started on my fitness and health blog! Join if you dare and want ofc :)

This challenge gonna run a month, I create new challenges every month!

Week 1

The first weeks exercises are pretty easy but dont worry, its gonna be much harder! Just be patience and do this workouts! You dont need to do the exercises exactly what I have written here. You can decide when you want to do them!

Day 1 & 2

Morning:

• 10x2 squats
• 10x2 situps

Evening:

• 10x3 situps
• 10x3 squats

Day 3 & 4

Morning:

• 10x3 squats
• 10x3 situps

Evening:

• 10x2 wall squats
• 10 bicycle crunches (on each leg/side)
• 10 crunches

Day 5

The last day on the first week, now we focus more on the ass/butt. Lets go and make that butt grow!

Morning:

• 10x3 squats
• 10x3 situps

Evening:

• 10 wall squats
• 10x2 crunches
• 10 prisoner squats

As you see we gonna do this 5 days/week and rest day 2 days/week. You must rest and eat clean ofc!!

Week 2 comes up later, after one week!! If you want to ofc :D
